The club crest features a yellow border, replacing the white border used on previous Macron home shirts.
This will be Macron's final season of their 4-year contract with Oxford United.
Baxi begin their second season as the primary sponsor.
Caprinos remained the club’s sleeve sponsor, now with a larger logo, no longer confined within a circular patch.
There are no changes to the EFL branding for the 2025-26 season.

The 2025 shirt has similarities to the shirts worn 1993 to 1995, featuring navy collars and sleeves. It’s been widely praised, with many football content creators ranking it among the best, or even the best shirt in the league.
A consistent design theme runs across the entire kit, with pencil-thin twin bands trimming each garment to create a clean, cohesive look. The navy sleeves also feature a subtle shadow wave pattern - identical to the one used on the 2023 electric blue third kit.

The away strip is a thing of beauty, shattering sales records within just four hours of its launch.
Combining black with gold detailing, the kit features the same abstract swirl pattern seen on United’s training and warm-up gear - though here, it’s more refined, with a subtle sheen that catches the light.
The highlight for many fans is the return of the iconic ox-head, centrered, and standing proudly on its own once again, free from the club crest.
This eye-catching turquoise third kit is slightly less green than Macron’s usual take on the shade, something that became clear when paired with Macron’s standard turquoise base layers.
The look is finished with striking pink trim throughout, even appearing as a subtle shadow detail within the Macron motifs.
The goalkeeper kits are relatively plain and straight from Macron’s catalogue and feature the 'Cerberus' jersey template.
However, just like the previous season, the keepers have also been turning out in outfield kits. So far, the black away strip has been the preferred option, worn more often than the designated goalkeeper kits.
This year, a nice new touch was the introduction of a special design honouring all previous League Cup winners. This concept had been a feature of FA Cup patches since 2020.
As such, Oxford United’s famous Wembley win in 1986 is commemorated with the addition of a number 1.
Caprinos did not feature as the sleeve sponsor, which seemed odd, as they had featured on the Carabao Cup shirts in 2024.
The club wore poppy shirts for a number of fixtures leading up to the remembrance weekend. Their location on the yellow shirts looked a little clumsy, due to the high postion of the Baxi sponsor.
All shirts will be signed and auctioned, with proceeds going to the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal.
FA Cup sleeve patches were worn for the FA Cup fixture. Just like the League Cup, Caprinos did not feature as the sleeve sponsor.
For the first time in an FA Cup match, Oxford United did not use the EFL supplied squad numbers. Instead, the shirts and shorts featured the club’s preferred ‘Fixen’ font, maintaining a consistent Oxford United identity.

The new Macron home kit debuted at the Indonesia President’s Cup 2025 tournament. However, the old 2024 yellow socks were worn in all matches.
The shirt numbers differed to previous Macron pre-seasons, with the club's preferred styled font 'Fixen' used, with a small hollow Ox-head motif on the base of each numeral.
Tournament sleeve patches were required to be worn on the left sleeve (in the UK its always the right sleeve). Unusually, there was a different coloured patch for the goalkeepers.
For the first UK pre-season game at Mansfield Town, the team wore the 2024 purple third kit, minus the secondary sponsors. These shirts featured the EFL issued number set.
For the three pre-season games at the Kassam Stadium, the team wore the full 2025 home kit, including the debut of the updated 2025 socks.
The shirt numbers continued with the custom 'Fixen' font, but now the shirts also included the player names.
In March, the club introduced a limited-edition ‘In Bloom’ shirt produced in collaboration with the Ashmolean Museum to mark the opening of the museum’s major new exhibition, In Bloom: How Plants Changed Our World.
The shirt’s design features an interpretation of Study of Wild Rose by John Ruskin, a Victorian writer, artist and social reformer with strong links to Oxford.
Ashmolean Museum Oxford appears on the shirt tail, below the shirt number.
The club has said the shirt will be worn by the first team “this summer”, so we now await confirmation of exactly when it will appear, along with details of the accompanying shorts and socks.
